1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them,after that, the order may already be processed or shipped.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For defective items, we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
